Hi, I’m Emma Percival, a Dublin-based salon owner, nail technician, and educator. With over 14 years in the nail industry, I have developed this course, Mastering the Art of Gel Polish, to help beginners like you break into the industry with confidence and skill. My journey started in a small shed in my parents’ garden, where I built up a loyal clientele. By 2018, I had expanded into my own studio, No.29, where I lead a team of talented nail techs. Training and mentoring my team inspired me to launch No.29 Academy in 2025—a place where aspiring nail technicians can gain high-quality education and start successful careers. With an ITEC Level 4 Award in Teaching and Education, I’m passionate about helping students develop their skills and thrive in the beauty industry.

Is this course accredited?
Yes! It’s fully accredited with ABT insurance, allowing you to gain worldwide insurance. Once completed you will receive a code for 10% off ABT insurance.
Do I need experience?
Yes, a certificate in gel polish is required to attend this course.
How long do I have access?
You will have 6 months access to the online portal. This course also includes a manual which you will have for life
Will I get support?
Yes! You will have access to your tutor for 12 weeks while you complete cour case studies. You will also be part of our private facebook support network and have direct access to all other students for support.

Booking & Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Course fees are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by No.29 Academy.

Cancellations & Refunds

Course fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we will do our best to reschedule you to the next available date, subject to availability. In the unlikely event that No.29 Academy cancels a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Attendance & Punctuality

Students must attend the full duration of the course to receive certification. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and this may result in the loss of your place without refund.

Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course and any required case studies. Case studies must be submitted within the stated timeframe to qualify for certification.

Models & Practical Work
